These terms set out what Cette Rue does, what you can rely on, and the limits of both. They apply whenever you use our website, talk to our AI advisors, or send us an enquiry. Please read them — they are written to be readable.

Cette Rue is the trading brand of the company below. Where these pages say “we”, “us” or “Cette Rue”, they mean this company.
By using cetterue.com, chatting with our advisors or sending us an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
Cette Rue is a real-estate brokerage and advisory service. We help you find new-build and resale homes in Egypt, we answer your questions about the market, and we introduce you to the developer or seller behind a property you are interested in.
We are not the owner, developer or seller of any property listed on our site. We do not build, sell or lease property ourselves, we are not a party to any contract you sign with a developer or seller, and we do not hold your money. Any purchase, reservation or payment is a matter strictly between you and that developer or seller, on their terms.
We do not provide legal, tax, mortgage, valuation or investment advice. Nothing on this site, and nothing said by our advisors, is a recommendation to make a particular investment. Before you commit to anything, take independent professional advice.
Our catalogue is compiled from third-party market data sources and from information supplied by developers and sellers. We work hard to keep it accurate and we refresh it continuously, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is correct or current at the moment you read it.
Prices, payment plans, unit sizes, delivery dates, finishing specifications, floor plans, images and availability are indicative and can change without notice. Images may be artists' impressions rather than the finished property.
Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. A property is only yours on the terms of a signed contract with the seller. Always verify the specifics — price, unit, plan, delivery and title — directly with the developer or seller, and through your own legal adviser, before you pay anything.
Adam and Yara are artificial-intelligence advisors, not human beings, and we tell you so plainly rather than letting you assume otherwise. They answer from our live property catalogue rather than from imagination, which makes them far more reliable than a general chatbot.
They can still be wrong. They may misread a question, quote a figure that has since changed, or miss context a human would catch. Treat what they say as a helpful starting point, not as a professional opinion or a binding statement by us, and confirm anything that matters before acting on it.
A human consultant is always available. Ask at any point in a conversation and we will hand you to one.
When you send us your details, you are asking us to contact you about your enquiry and you consent to us doing so by WhatsApp, phone or email. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
When you ask us to introduce you to a developer or seller, or to arrange a viewing, you authorise us to pass on the details they need to serve you — normally your name, phone number and what you are looking for.
A viewing we arrange is subject to the seller's availability and confirmation. We will do our best to keep every appointment we book, but we are not liable if a developer or seller cancels, reschedules, or fails to attend.
Our advisory service is free to you as a buyer. We are typically remunerated by the developer or seller when a transaction completes. Where any fee would ever be payable by you, we will agree it with you in writing in advance — never as a surprise, and never deducted from anything you pay a seller.
You are welcome to use Cette Rue to research the market and find a home. You agree not to:
If you give us your number, we may message you about your enquiry — including a check-in if you go quiet, and an alert when a new property matching what you told us comes onto the market. These are service messages about a request you made, not advertising blasts.
You can stop them instantly by replying STOP (or «إيقاف») to any WhatsApp message, or by telling us. We honour that permanently.
The Cette Rue name and logo, the design of this website, our written content and our software are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by law. You may view and share our pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Property images, plans, brochures and descriptions generally belong to the relevant developer or their licensors and are shown for information about that property.
Our site links to and integrates services run by others — developer websites, map providers, and WhatsApp among them. We do not control those services, we are not responsible for their content or their practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
We aim to keep Cette Rue available and working well, but we provide it on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including for maintenance, without being liable to you. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Egyptian law — including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Subject to that, we are not liable for: any decision you take to buy, reserve or invest in a property; the acts, omissions, delays or default of any developer, seller, agent or contractor; the accuracy or completeness of third-party property data; or any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of anticipated savings.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount of any fees you have actually paid us, or EGP 5,000 where no fee has been paid.
If you use the service in breach of these terms or in breach of the law, and that causes us loss, cost or a claim from someone else, you agree to reimburse us for it.
How we handle your personal data — what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and the rights you have — is set out in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms as our service develops or the law changes. The current version always lives on this page and carries the date it was last updated. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the service, are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The competent courts of Cairo have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have under Egyptian law.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of them continue to apply.
For any question about these terms, write to info@cetterue.com or use the contact page. You can also visit us at the registered address shown above.
